Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivables Clerk

Position Overview

Ledgent Finance & Accounting's client is currently seeking an experienced Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable (AP/AR) Specialist to join their dynamic team in California. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction and manufacturing, with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to accuracy.

Responsibilities

  • Manage all aspects of Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable operations.
  • Utilize QuickBooks for financial transactions and reporting.
  • Ensure timely and accurate processing of invoices and payments.
  • Reconcile accounts and resolve any discrepancies in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with team members to support financial objectives and compliance.
  • Maintain organized records and documentation for auditing purposes.
  • Provide support in financial reporting and analysis as needed.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable functions.
  • Familiarity with construction and manufacturing industry practices.
  • Proficient in QuickBooks and other accounting software.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Required Work Hours

Monday through Friday, first shift.

Competitive pay ranging from $26 to $32 per hour, based on experience and qualifications.
